Stoke Marketing has been involved in the marketing and advertising industries for many years, based out of Southeast Missouri. Recently, we realized there was an underserved area of southeast Missouri for outdoor advertising. And our Outdoor Division’s mission is to connect landowners and businesses across the SEMO region. By partnering with landowners, we can create additional long-term sources of revenues for them. And by creating new advertising opportunities in areas where there was no prior exposure, we offer local businesses a chance to reach their audiences in ways and in places they have never been able to.

Our family has been involved in farming in one way or another for over 40 years in southeast Missouri. We’re here to work with you and your family or partners to develop a solution that fits.  For many landowners, we are able to open up an entirely new stream of revenue that helps with their monthly income.  In many cases, we can make an upfront payment of several thousand dollars to secure a location for the future. In other cases, they prefer to have a steady, long-term monthly income that is directly deposited into their accounts each month.

It provides either a lump sum payment or a steady stream of monthly income, at no cost to the landowner.

Your revenue would depend on a few factors, such as location and traffic volume. In some cases, lump sum payments can be several thousand dollars!

Most of our installations take up an extremely small footprint (ie 100 sq ft or less). And you can continue to use your property as you normally would!

We want to be sure both you and we are protected.  Normally we have a long-term lease contract signed with you that details the agreement.  In other cases, we can purchase an easement that allows you to continue to own the land forever, but grants us access to the sign location as well.

Many of our landowners prefer to have their monthly payments direct deposited into their bank account.  We can also mail a paper check at the beginning of each month, if preferred.  Or depending on your choice, you may receive a lump sum payment via a check for an easement agreement.
